Returns & Exchanges

At Bliss, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
